A big part of Lincoln’s approach has always been to provide experiences to their customers that are effortless and unique, and the three new services they are announcing are definitely in line with those values. The new Mobile Vehicle Spa service in the Houston, Texas area comes out of a collaboration with Get Spiffy, Inc. and the Lincoln Access Rewards Visa and personalized concierge program, Pursue Your Passions, will be launching later this month.

 

The Mobile Vehicle Spa will provide an easy and convenient way for customers in the Houston area to get their car detailed. They can request the service at any location they like, including at home and at work, to fit in with their own schedule, and get their Lincoln cleaned inside and out and even taken for a fuel fill-up if needed.

Lincoln is also introducing the Lincoln Access Rewards Visa and an all-new concierge program called Pursue Your Passions. The card will be an extension of Lincoln Access Rewards, joining the ranks of personalized products and exclusive offers that are available to Lincoln owners and lessees. The Lincoln Access Rewards Visa will work together with the personalized Pursue Your Passions concierge service to identify unique experiences based on the cardholder’s interests, which they will then be able to work towards by earning points on purchases and redeeming them for different rewards. These experiences are customized based on location and customer, and include culinary, cultural and wellness interests such as tasting locally roasted coffees, taking a guided tour of historic landmarks, or enjoying a detox in a salt cave.
